DreamfulEvents was born from the love of camping. Established in Lincoln County, North Carolina in 2023. We provide luxury tent rental for hire to the event industry covering birthdays, weddings, anniversaries, family nights, private parties, and so much more. Our mission is to create magnificent outside events under beautiful canopy tents, with impeccable service and attention to detail! No matter the occasion, DreamfulEvents has you covered. Glamping Queen Package
4M Tent-$300/night | 5M Tent-$375/night
This package includes full-service setup/ tear-down for a fully decorated waterproof canvas bell tent, queen memory foam raised bed, pillows, blankets, rugs, lighting, decor, bedding, side table(s), and fan/heater within 25 miles of Iron Station, NC. We do offer outside of this service area for an extra travel fee.
4M tent can accommodate 1 queen with 1 twin or 3 twin beds alone
5M tent can accommodate 6 twin beds, 2 queens, 1 queen bed & 2 twin beds
5M tent price comes with 3 twin beds. Each additional bed is $25

We help make this special night perfect with rose petals, softer lighting, romantic decor, bluetooth speaker, and movie projector/screen.

This package includes a fully decorated waterproof canvas bell tent, air mattresses, pillows, blankets, rugs, lighting, decor, bedding, side table(s), and fan/heater within 25 miles of Iron Station, NC. We do offer outside of this service area for an extra travel fee.
We include Birthday decor, Disco Lights, Balloon Garland, movie projector/screen, S’mores maker, and each guest will have their own bed tray fully equipped with a specialized S’mores kit.

Bare Bones Rental Package
4M Tent-$200/night | 5M Tent-$235/night
This package includes a rental for the tent only. No furniture or decor included. We will deliver and set it up and you decorate the inside and outside to fit your needs.
4M- When rented unfurnished 4-5 guests can fit comfortably on sleeping bags/ sleeping pads.
5M- When rented unfurnished 7-8 campers can fit with single camp gear items (sleeping pads, sleeping bags, cots, etc.)

Photoshoot Rental
Secure one of our tents for your own photography session/photo-shoot. These tents make beautiful backdrops as well as provide private areas for outfit changes and gear storage while on location. Inquire about renting one and we can create a custom quote for you. We can include basic decor for birthdays and bigger holidays/seasons or choose to include your own.

Wedding/HoneyMoon Suite Package
Our tents create a unique and modern backdrop for your ceremony/venue, while also providing overnight accommodations. Inquire about pricing depending on location.
